Basics
The Rear Window objective is to provide a place for songwriter's to display their original songs and to build a following of fans in this area of Texas. We present shows an average of less than one per week, and rarely venture outside that norm. Our mission is to help the artists make it to their next gig rested, well fed and with as much compensation as possible. Of the artists who've performed at the Rear Window, all have either returned or have expressed a desire to return. Our shows are typically on Saturday's although Thursday & Friday(except during football season) are suitable alternatives.

- Two 45 minute sets of original music, Absolutely no covers.
- If you haven't written and/or don't own your music, you cannot perform at the Rear Window Listening Room.
- You should have the ability to interact with your audience
- CDs/Merchandise for sale (artists keep 100% of their merch sales)
- Entertainer's heart
- Ability to talk about your songs
What we provide:
- Sound System
- Sound Engineer
- True listening room environment
- A Home-cooked meal for the artists
- Up to $150.00 per show guarantee, or 75% of gate receipt, whichever is greater
- Someone to help with your merch table, if requested.
